Corporation Tax

Rabjohns has a dedicated Corporation Tax function which supports our accounts and audit teams, as well as offering a Corporation Tax outsourcing service to the audit clients of much larger accounting firms.

You may believe you need a big name audit firm (often a misperception, but that's another story), but Corporation Tax compliance is something of a Cinderella service in larger firms. The work is often dealt with by inexperienced people who know little about the business being audited. In some cases their Corporation Tax work is outsourced abroad (sometimes to a "specialist" who has been through a 7 week crash course in tax).

Our Corporation Tax team work closely with the client Director and the audit team making sure your tax work is dealt with really efficiently. That close knowledge allows us to highlight tax planning opportunities and avoid tax pitfalls.

Our Corporation Tax team has strong representation on our Science and Technology Group handling claims for R&D tax relief, which form part of a company's Corporation Tax submission.
