Terry is a Chartered Tax Adviser (Fellow) and heads our VAT team. As well as advising owner-managed businesses, he advises many clients in the charity, property and health sectors. He started his private sector career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) some 21 years ago and has also served 8 years as Inspector (Principal) at the HM Revenue & Customs (formerly Inland Revenue). As well as being an accomplished author (De Voil Indirect Tax Service) he regularly lectures on VAT at seminars. He advised a client whose appeal had been referred to the European Court of Justice and his assistance with another appeal, lead to a change of policy by what is now HMRC.

Angela is a Chartered Accountant and brings her accounting skills and experience as an auditor to the provision of VAT services. Prior to joining Rabjohns, Angela spent 3 years with PKF and prior to this qualified at Morris Owen. She has a keen interest in International affairs having spent several months working in South America (Guyana).
