Business Navigator is a process to help businesses set and achieve certain goals and objectives. These goals are underpinned by the personal needs and ambitions of the owners running those businesses.

Business Navigator will produce a short written plan. By short we mean a few pages - forty-page plans with a mass of appendices and cash flow forecasts for 5 years are out!
The plan will recognise the need for flexibility and change in today’s fast-moving business environment.

Business Navigator is backed up by a database, built in house, of business skill areas and related contacts.

Why do I need Business Navigator?
It is common for people running a business to be so caught up in its day to day affairs that they miss the obvious. Allowing a fresh pair of eyes to look at your business can be invaluable.

A lack of time is a frequent reason why business owners are unable to stand back from operational matters and give quality time to consider those issues that are critical to future success.

It is a vital part of Business Navigator to free up time and provide a discipline to ensure those issues are covered.

Why should I use Rabjohns?
Firstly, if we may blow our own trumpet a little bit, then it is because we have followed the process ourselves. We have fundamentally re-engineered our business and, in recent years, have won a lot of recognition for our efforts. As well as our own experiences, we have worked with hundreds of businesses so we know what works and what does not.

Secondly, because we have invested heavily in our support database. We know that we can not deal directly with all of your business issues, but we know someone who can.

Thirdly, because over the years our clients have benefited hugely from the process.

How much is Business Navigator going to cost me?
Actual fees vary according to the size of the project. However, the key point about our fees is that you will only pay for work that you have found useful. If you have a problem with any work done, then our no quibble guarantee comes into play.
